A Type: Null from Silph Co, Kaiser comes with the Dragon type and a bad case of narcolepsy. Indeed, Kaiser can be doing just about anything, from eating to sleeping to running to battling, and fall over asleep. Thankfully, this sleep isn't totally comatose,
and Kaiser eventually responds to the scent of Chesto or Lum berries in order to awaken. Other than this flaw, Kaiser is a fairly stable Type: Null, though i still needs a gentle hand to get it to open up and reveal its potential.
